Electro-hydraulic dock leveller, to connect the dock level to the truck bed, to load and unload the goods with fork lift trucks that drive directly on the lorry, through the dock leveller. Construction in conformity with the EN1398.

• Structure:  almond steel platform with downhill connection lip. Side barriers to contain tires of the crossing forklift trucks. Duly reinforced structure. Dock fixing by rawlplugs which do not require any angled profile on the dock side.
• Carrying capacity:  6000 kgs
• Platform weight: 105 kgs
• Finishing: ecological degreasing at 100°C, double rinsing, phosphating, oven dried epoxy base, final coating with two oven dried components, grey RAL 7005.
• Automatic hydraulic control unit:  220 V, 0,75 KW, 50 Hz, for wall installation, complete with switch for the automatic, manual and zero position manoeuvring. Manual pump for emergency and maintenance operations.
• Working functions: automatic hydraulic lifting and lowering, operated by a two positions manual lever.
• Safety features: maximum pressure control valve; limited lift up force, lowering by gravity; automatic return hangers, arresting at 20 cm under the dock level. Safety flag to make visible the dock leveller in horizontal position. Yellow-black strips on the dock leveller sides.
• Required dock height: identical to the vehicles platform height when empty or lightly higher.
• Options: guard box protecting hydraulic pipes.

CAMPISATRADE  has the perfect length to open the vehicle doors not over 90° and allows, in case of contiguous docks, to cut short the footstep of the docked vehicles, increasing at most the loading bays.
